Nutrients that are rich in antioxidants ( i.e.: vitamins A, and E, beta-carotene, lycopene, selenium, zinc, phenolic compounds) for example.
Berries such as strawberries, and blueberries, leafy greens and spinach, lettuce and kale, citrus fruits, like lemons and oranges and grapes, bell peppers, pumpkin and squash, tomatoes, broccoli, sweet potatoes, avocados, nuts such as walnuts, almonds and Brazil nuts to name a few
